I would like to help this site so everyone post things related to wrestling no fighting and no spammin
Keep the discussion on an intelligent level. Yes we all know Professional Wrestling is "fake". We don't care. We enjoy it anyway. For whatever reason.
And if you don't like Wrestling, pass this thread on by. If you post something inflammatory or negative about wrestling, you might find yourself unable to post on the board for a few days.

Smackdown spoilers courtesy of pwtorch.com.
Arena appeared full, crowd was loud and into it all night.
DARK MATCH
(1) Shane Twins defeated Antonio Banks & Buck Quartermaine. Boring match, loud "Goldberg" chants directed at the Shanes who were billed as hailing from Jacksonville. Velocity Big Vito over Steven Richards. Richards looked shaken up after taking big boot and implant DDT.
(2) Bob Holly defeated Steve Madison. Holly was super over to an alarming degree. Blistered Madison with chops and finished him with the Alabama Jam. He gave a bow to the crowd after the match for their support. I'm still in shock how over he was. I think he was too.
(3) In one of the best matches of the night and the reason to catch Velocity this Saturday. Brian Kendrick over Paul London with the Sliced Bread #2. The former tag team partners started out with a handshake but London turned heel and Kendrick was selling his arm the whole match. Great back and forth match. Big Spanky chants which Kendrick acknowledged. London gets on the mike after the match whining about the loss and how his best friend just beat him.
(4) Doug Basham as the Bashman over Michael Patrick. Horrible squash match, big boring chant. The crowd was not into Basham's gimmick. Patrick had a horrible look. Worse match of the night.
(5) Super Crazy (w/Juvi, Psicosis) beat Guido in a non-title match. Finished him off with his moonsault finisher. Big Vito and the rest of the Mexicools got involved. Crazy was the face and this was a good match.
SMACKDOWN
Recap from last week with that guy from the network as the focus.
(1) Heidenreich defeated Mercury. Heidenreich looked bad. After the match they set Melina up for the Doomsday Device but Nitro saved and Animal ended up taking the snapshot. Jillian Hall is backstage with the network guy flirting with him. He acts like he is staring at the mole but he's just admiring her earrings. Pointless.
Backstage skit with Benoit again this time he took a piss in under 25 seconds while they played the Jordan match again. Benoit was hilarious in this.
(2) Chris Benoit defeated Orlando Jordan with the Crossface in 23 seconds. Just like Summerslam. Jordan jumps him at the bell. Germans then the crossface.
Bob Orton Jr. introduces Randy Orton who calls out Taker again but he does not show up. Christian comes down for color for the next match. He's selling a broken nose from last week with Booker T. Ken Kennedy beat Booker T with his finisher off the top rope. Very good match, Kennedy got great heat with his mic work. Sharmell argued with Christian while Booker T was on the top rope leading to the finish. Kennedy looked very impressive hitting that finisher on someone as big as Booker.
Backstage Teddy Long is talking to the Network guy about the diva match from last week. He apologized to Teddy and says tonight it will be Stacy vs. Christy in a straight wrestling match. He also tells Teddy JBL gets the night off to rest for next week's match against Batista. Teddy is not pleased with this news but they decide to do business together. The seeds are being planted.
(3) Batista defeated Simon Dean. Simon comes out and tells the people Batista is a great customer of the Simon System and look what it did for him. Batista comes out and takes a bottle of the Simon system which looked liked a chocolate milk bottle. Takes some and starts flexing his pecs. Puts his arm around Simon and says this stuff is great but one side effect. It's making him aggressive. Clothesline, demon bomb, it's over. Batista goes over to Simon's bag grabs another bottle of the stuff. Puts one foot on Simon and poses for the cameras while holding the bottle like he's posing for an ad. Funny stuff.
Divas out for their match. Right when it starts, Sylvan Grenier now just known as Sylvan comes down and breaks it up. He's playing a supermodel role, and tells everyone to look at him and not the girls. Out comes Jacksonville's new favorite wrestler Bob Holly to another great pop. He rags on Sylvan and eventually beats him down and leaves with the women. What a stud that Bob Holly. Announced for next week: JBL vs. Batista is now a bullrope match. MNM vs. the LOD for the titles Benoit vs. Jordan again. Just added Mysterio vs. Guerrero in a cage. Orton will call out Taker again.
Eddie Guerrero cuts a promo from backstage in front of a steel cage running his nose and face over it. Very old school promo. Talks about how he has lost everything including his family. He asks Rey how can you beat someone who has already lost.
(4) William Regal & Paul Burchell defeated Scotty 2 Hotty & Funaki. Bad match. Burchell hit his finisher on Funaki for the win. Crowd was not into this although Scotty got some cheers, no worm tonight.
(5) Randy Orton defeated Rey Mysterio with the RKO. Excellent Main Event, the people were way into Rey. Orton Jr. interfered to set up the finish. Match went a good 20 minutes. They were really playing up the height difference. Orton sold like crazy for him. Dark Main Event was Batista over Orton. This was a surprise, no one was expecting this match. This was a really good match as well. Batista finished him off with the Demon Bomb. He clotheslined Orton Jr. and he took a great bump to the floor.
This was a great night of wrestling, and WWE should be very pleased with the crowd heat tonight.
End spoilers.
Mick Foley signs with the WWE.

Unforgiven results
-- RIC FLAIR vs. CARLITO COOL -- Intercontinental Title match
Carlito shoulder blocked Flair tot he mat at 2:00 and then did a Flair Strut. Flair fired back with a hammer lock and a shove in the corner followed by a "Whooo!" Flair kept firing chops at Carlito in the corner. Carlito showed some aggression with a flurry of punches on the mat at 8:00. Ross said they'd like to see more of that from Carlito since he's usually so laid back. At 10:00 Flair climbed to the top rope and rather than get caught, he leaped off and clotheslined Carlito. Flair celebrated and the crowd popped. Flair went back to the top, "whoood!", and then leaped. This time Carlito caught him mid-flight with a dropkick and then scored a two count. Flair got up and popped Carlito with a punch to the face, then showed great fire as he applied the figure-four. The crowd popped big for him. Carlito submitted 20 seconds later. Flair celebrated the win like an NHL player scoring a goal. Ross said Flair "d**n sure still has it!" Flair took the mic after the match and said: "I cannot begin to tell you what an honor it is at this stage of my career to win this most prestigious of all Intercontinental Champion. My first one. Baby, let me tell you this. Tonight, this is as sweet to the Nature Boy as any, as any of those 16 World Titles. This means that much." He then kissed the belt over and over. "My only regret is that my best friend and the greatest wrestler alive today, Triple H, is not here to share this moment with me." The crowd booed. Flair added that there'd be a huge party tonight in Oklahoma City. Flair recruited a few women in the crowd to celebrate with him at ringside. They returned to the back with Flair.
WINNER: Flair at 11:53 to capture the IC Title.
Todd Grisham tried to interview Carlito backstage, but he shoved Grisham and walked right past him.
-Lita told Edge backstage to remember how when he was out with his injury that he'd call her, then call Edge, and he had no idea they were with each other. "Poor guy, he never had a clue," said Edge. Lita said she was sure to give Edge all the attention Hardy was missing at home. Lita said she was about to make him happy, then began making out with him.
-Lawler said he wanted to get happy, then the women began coming out, so Lawler said, "It looks like I'm gonna."
2 -- TRISH & ASHLEY vs. VICTORIA TORRIE WILSON
Trish began the match and got in some offense. When Ashley tagged in, she took a nasty spill that could have hurt her seriously when she went head-first to ringside. They really should reevaluate whether untrained women should be thrown into the ring like this. It's very disrespectful to what it takes to be safe in the ring executing this craft to assume barely trained women can be safe in there. Ross did note early in the match that Ashley isn't fully trained yet. Victoria isolated Ashley for several minutes. Trish hot tagged in at 5:30 and went to work on Victoria. Torrie grabbed her by the hair to give Victoria a chance to gain control. Trish flipped out of it, then did the Matrix move and clotheslined both opponents. Trish gave Victoria a spinebuster, but Candice Michelle distracted the ref. Trish yanked Candice into the ring. Ashley took a shot at her, also. Trish took both Torrie and Victoria down with a headscissors/headlock flip combo and then finished off Victoria with her Chick Kick.
WINNER: Ashley & Trish at 6:53.
STAR RATING: 3/4* -- High-energy, but Ashley shouldn't be in there yet. She's not ready yet. Trish looked amped up to be back and had really good energy, charisma, and timing.
-They showed Flair showing the women into his limo, then he popped several Viagra pills and washed it down with wine. He then took a few more pills. The crowd popped as Flair counted how many pills he'd need based on counting the women inside the limo.
-They introduced ZZ Top at ringside.
3 -- BIG SHOW vs. GENE SNITSKY
Big Show greeted ZZ Top when he got to the ring. Show took early control, jump-starting the match. After some action at ringside, Snitsky blocked a Big Show chokeslam attempt and ended up taking control at 3:00. Snitsky hit a back suplex at 4:00 for a two count. Snitsky followed up with a boot to the face of Show for another two count. The crowd chanted "Big Show, Big Show." Show came back with a spinebuster at 5:15, but fell to the mat himself. Snow, with the help of the top rope, nipped up. Impressive. He shoulder-tackled Snitsky and went for another chokeslam. This time he exceuted it for the pin. After the match Show got some revenge for being attacked by Snitsky with the ring bell on Raw; he grabbed the bell from ringside and took Snitsky to the mat with a blow to the head. He then began to leave the ring, but realized he owed him one more. As Snitsky began to get up, Show bashed him from behind across the skull with the bell one more time.
WINNER: Show at 6:10.
STAR RATING: *1/4 --Solid effort and non-stop action.
A video feature aired on Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Masters.
4 -- KERWIN WHITE vs. SHELTON BENJAMIN
Shelton dominated early. White made a comeback a few minute into the match. The crowd chatned "Chavo sucks." Lawler asked, "What are they talking about? They're behind the times here in Oklahoma." Benjamin came back with a sudden Samoan Drop, but he grabbed at his left knee. Shelton remained on offense and limped his way to the top rope. White knocked Shelton off balance. Shelton hung by his bad knee from the top rope. White gave Shelton a superplex then followed up with a half Boston crab. Shelton yelled in pain. Shelton surprised White, who had just grabbed his golf club to use as a weapon, with a sudden T-Bone for the quick pin.
WINNER: Benjamin at 8:49.
STAR RATING: **1/4
-Grisham interviewed Matt Hardy backstage. He asked Hardy if he called her a term for a "female dog." Hardy said, "I called her a *****." He said he still feels that way. "I gave Lita everything I had for six years." He said it got him fired from his dream job working for WWE, so he said he still feels that way. Grisham asked iff he still cares about her. "The only thing I care about, Todd, is making sure Edge doesn't walk out of that steel cage tonight."
5 -- MATT HARDY vs. EDGE (w/Lita)
Edge weent for an early escape. Edge also tried to get out of the door. Hardy held on and applied a side headlock. Hardy went for pinfalls, which are one of three ways to win the match. At 4:00 Edge made a comeback by shoving Hardy into the cage face-first. Edge climbed to the top of the cage. Hardy followed him. You wonder how much trust these two really do have for each other up there. Edge rammed Hardy's head to the back of the cage wall while he was on the top rope. Hardy collapseed to the mat. Hardy ducked an Edge missile dropkick. At 8:45 Edge lifted Hardy for a powerbomb and rammed him into the side of the cage. At 11:30 Edge gave Hardy a powerbomb off the top rope. They cut to a crowd shot with fans reacting in amazement. Lita shoved the brief case into the ring. Hardy, though, used it instead. Hardy showed great fire for a big comeback. When Lita climbed the cage, Hardy shoved her off through the side of the cage. Edge bladed and bled all over the mat. Hardy went to the top rope with the brief case, but Lita shook the cage and knocked him down. Edge speared Hardy into the cage as he was standing between the cage wall and the ropes. Edge took Hardy to the top rope for a chokeslam to the mat. Hardy reversed it. He made the cover. Lita entered the ring and jumped onto Hardy. Rosss, Coach, and Lawler said it was legal. Ross added that it wasn't particularly ethical or moral, though. As Hardy stated down Lita, Edge cralwed toward the cage door. Hardy noticed and dragged Edge back into another corner. He then gave Lita the Twist of Fate which drew a pop. Edge then speared Hardy. Hardy kicked out just before three. The crowd loudly chanted "Hardy, Hardy, Hardy." That's the key to his push - crowd support - and he knows it. The two went back to the top rope again. Hardy leaped off the top rope with a legdrop and scored the pin. Ross called it the biggest legdrop he's ever seen and really sold with enthusiasm that Hardy won. Hardy left the cage, satisfied with the pin, and saluted the fans while holdiing his left hip in pain. They went to a close-up of Lita and a bloody Edge lying KO'd next to each other.
WINNER: Hardy at 21:23.
STAR RATING: **** -- Very good cage match with the satisfying spots the fans wanted, some convincing near falls, and a number of big spots. Not a match of the year, but potentially match of the night.
-Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch predicted a tag title victory during a backstage pre-match promo.
6 -- ROSEY & HURRICANE vs. LANCE CADE & TREVOR MURDOCH
Hurricane hit some offense early, sending Murrdoch scurrying to ringside to get a pep talk from Lance Cade. Hurricane was knocked out after landing on his neck and didn't return to the ring apron. Trainers came to ringside to check on him. He was moving his arms and legs, but otherwise appears to be in great pain. He was helped to his feet and clutched his left shoulder. He saw that Rosey needed him, though, and he returned to the ring. He went after the heels, but they easily took him down and scored the pin.
WINNERS: Cade & Murdoch at 7:37 to capture the World Tag Team Titles.
-A woman got out of the back of Flair's limo wearing one of his robes. She looked flustered and happy.
-Marria interviewed Chris Masters backstage. She asked, "Why do they call you the Masturbate?" He said it's Masterpiece, and they call him that because his body is like a Michelangelo sculpture. Maria then made a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle reference.

Velocity spoilers for WWE.com:
Right before Velocity started, Tony Chimmel introduced Stacy Kiebler as the special ring announcer.
The team of Nunzio and Vito defeated Paul London and Spanky (introduced as Brian Kendrick). Nice back and forth match. Nunzio pinned Paul London with the outside help of Vito.
Simon Dean defeated an indy worker in a short match.
In Velocity's main event Chris Benoit defeated William Regal with the Crippler Crossface. Very nice chain-wrestling match. Regal applied several submission moves and gave Benoit a sick suplex on the outside of the ring. Big pop for Benoit.
Friday Night Smackdown:
JBL comes out dressed with a sombrero, Zarape, and a lifesaver; pulling a donkey and with a bottle of tequila. While disrespectful, he looked pretty funny. He talked about how he talked with Rey Mysterio' relatives who unlike him had no green card, and went on and on about illegals. Then, they introduced his tag partner Ken Kennedy who came out to talk to the donkey and calling him Tony Chimmel, told him he had no talent as a ring announcer. Mysterio came out to a new theme song along with his tag partner Hardcore Holly. Good match with Mysterio taking most of the bumps. During the match, Kennedy didn't take headscissors from Mysterio well and fell too late, which didn't look good. I'm sure they'll edit that. Match ended after Kennedy was choking Holly from the outside of the ring and, when he let him go, Holly turned around to receive the Clothesline from Hell.
They announced a match for tonight, Batista and Eddie Guerrero vs. LOD. They show Eddie in the back eating Mexican food, when Batista arrives and tells him he shouldn'tt eat that since he still looked pale from the previous week. Batista ends up taking the food from Eddie and eating it himself.
Melina is shown on the outside of the arena when Christy Hemme arrives riding a Harley. Melina complains about the noise and when she tries to hit Christy, she accidentally hits the helmet and breaks a nail which upsets Melina. That sets up a match between both divas. The Match was an OK Divas match. Christy looks a lot better in the ring. The match ended when Johnny Nitro interfered and Melina pinned Christy. Christy attacked Melina and before MNM (Plain and Peanut) gave Christy the snapshot, LOD hit the ring to make the save. Heidenreich came with the best Papa Shango make-up impersonation I've seen.
A promo announced an upcoming match between the Undertaker and Cowboy Bob Orton. They showed last week's incident where Taker was in the coffin instead of the mannequin. After commercial, Cowboy Bob comes out and cuts a promo on how he doesn't need Randy's interference to defeat the Undertaker. The Undertaker music gets a big pop and out comes the dead man. Just as the match starts, Undertaker shoots Orton towards the corner only to bump the ref. Then Cowboy Bob gives Undertaker a low blow and out came Randy Orton. Both Ortons attacked the Undertaker and briefly revived the ref for a two count. Undertaker came back and pushed Randy Orton when he tried to give him the RKO. Match ended with the Tombstone piledriver on Cowboy Bob Orton and Undertaker picking up the ref by the belt in a very funny spot to revive him and get the three count.
They showed the No Mercy commercial announcing the following matches:
Randy Orton vs. Undertaker MNM vs. LOD Rey Mysterio vs. JBL Eddie Guerrero vs. Batista
Bobby Lashley defeated a local worker. After match ended, Simon Dean came to the ring to offer Lashley one of his drinks and announce another No Mercy match between them. Lashley stepped on his drink spilling it in the ring and beat Dean.
The Ring was set for the Peep Show. Christian asked people in the audience who understood to raise their hand. He cut a promo on how he pinned Chris Benoit and he deserved a U.S. championship match. Booker T (with Sharmell) comes out and cuts a promo on why he deserves a championship match. Out comes Orlando Jordan to say he deserves a championship match to which Christian tells him what he just said took him longer that a match with Chris Benoit. Teddy Long comes out to announce that he is going to let Benoit choose his opponent and to let them prove themselves, a three-way is scheduled right away. Good match with Orlando getting the pin on Booker. Benoit's music hit and out comes the Crippler. He first makes fun of Orlando telling him that he finally won. After teasing a match with each of the three he sets a fatal four way match for No Mercy.
Backstage, they show Teddy Long talking to Palmer Cannon when Vince McMahon arrives in Long's office. He wants to know what the match for Homecoming is going to be. Long says that JBL, Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio, Chris Benoit, Christian and Batista will participate but between him and Vince, they say the match stipulation will be a surprise. The network exec tries to kiss up to Vince to no avail.
In the first main event, LOD faced Eddie Guerrero and Batista. This time, Eddie actually wrestled and got a pop from the crowd. Eddie came out to new music, I guess to set how he doesn't lie, cheat or steal anymore. Match started with Eddie and Heidenreich (with the Papa Shango makeup) wrestling and Eddie giving Heidenreich a low blow. Match was a good back and forth match with no signs of Eddie turning heel. Batista gives Heidenreich the Batista bomb and Animal makes the save. Right then, MNM hit the ring and hit Animal with a chair, followed by Heidenreich. Eddie and Batista fought MNM off, with Batista giving Nitro a spinebuster.
Eddie tried hitting Mercury with a chair but he ducked and gave the chair shot instead to Batista in the back. Before Batista turned around, Eddie threw the chair to Mercury and then pretended to be hit and laid in the ring. Batista rose to give another spinebuster to Mercury. Eddie sold that he had been hit for a while and then both Batista and Guerrero kept raising each other hand.
Teddy Long came out and showed Batista how Eddie actually hit him with the chair and set up an advance of the No Mercy match. First Eddie tried to explain but then hit Batista with the microphone. After a few minutes, Eddie grabbed a chair and walked to the back to lose via countout. Smackdown ended with Batista posing for the crowd for a while.

Smackdown spoilers
Four New WWE Stars Debut at SmackDown Tapings
Kid Kash finally made his debut by defeating Funaki on Velocity tapings. You can watch Velocity on WWE.com if you live in the U.S. or Canada.
Also debuting at the SmackDown tapings were The Shane Twins. They have been working the inday circuit for years now. They were signed back in January and have worked many dark matches in the WWE. Mike and Todd Shane did a run-in and beat up on the Mexicools after a match. You may also remember The Shane Twins as The Johnsons from those early NWA-TNA pay-per-views.
The Boogeyman also made his debut at the SmackDown tapings. He does a borderline funny and/or ridiculous promo backstage with Teddy Long and Palmer Cannon backstage.
Velocity Scotty 2 Hotty b Eddie Craven Simon Dean b Paul London - London has a new ring outfit. Match was fast paced Kid Kash b Funaki - Kash looked real good Bob Holly b Sylvain with a small package. After the match, Sylvain went to do a chair shot but Holly stopped him and gave him the Alabama Slam on the chair
Smackdown
Ortons came out for a promo with Randy challenging Batista for a title match. Eddie Guerrero came out as a babyface. This led to a main event of Guerrero vs. Randy for the No. 1 contender spot
Benoit b Orlando Jordan with a sharpshooter in 5:00. Before the match, Jordan said if he didn't win the title, he would never wrestle again. Sounds like a Russo stip
Super Crazy & Psicosis (super over) b Regal & Burchill when Crazy used a moonsault most likely on Burchill. The Shane Twins hit the ring and beat up the Mexicools
Peep Show with Stacy Keibler. Keibler denied the story in the Star about her feuding with Jennifer Anniston. Jillian Hall came out. Keibler made fun of Hall's face. They ended up fighting and started a new feud
Booker T won a four-way, I guess for a U.S. title shot over JBL, Rey Mysterio and Christian. Rey went for the 619 on Booker, but Sharmell tripped Rey. Booker pinned Rey after an axe kick. They put over the idea that Booker didn't know Sharmell interfered. Said to be really good, fast paced and hot crowd
Benoit and Sharmell argued backstage and Booker didn't know what was going on
Bobby Lashley b Nunzio in a quick squash. There was a spot where Lashley pressed Nunzio and threw him out for Vito to catch. Well, Vito didn't catch him.
Teddy Long and Palmer Canon were talking. Somewhere in here, the Boogey Man showed up. He did a promo that was borderline funny and ridiculous. Long thought he had potential. Well, in 2007 he might.
Guerrero b Randy Orton via DQ. Eddie was on top for the frog splash when Bob threw him off for the DQ. The Ortons were beating on Guerrero when Batista made the uneasy save.
Not sure if this will be TV or not, but appeared to still be on
Long ordered Guerrero & Batista vs. Ortons. Short match with Eddie pinning Bob after a frog splash. They did one miscommunication tease spot with Guerrero & Batista
